No-refund policy

Subscription purchases are final. Once a plan is active, the price is not refunded, including when you stop completing tasks or ask to close the account.

A deposit is credited only after it is approved. A rejected deposit is not credited. An approved deposit is not reversed.

Withdrawal charges are kept when a withdrawal is paid. A rejected withdrawal returns the held amount to your wallet and does not pay the charge.

Task rewards already credited stay in the wallet. They are not reclaimed because you later disagree with a completed task.
